"A worthy consideration for any stay in Rockport. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room which was outstanding. Parking is right in front of the building in a town where parking can be difficult to find at times. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a front row seat to the ocean. As others have mentioned, listening to the waves hit the shoreline was relaxing; like having your own live sound machine. We stayed in room 5 which had two double beds. We only used one which we found to be soft, but comfortable enough. The bed linens, bath towels, shower curtain and in room amenities (fridge, luggage rack, Keurig, extra pillows & blankets) were all top notch. There was a small cafe table and chairs for in room use as well as a TV and air conditioner which we didn’t use. The area is a fun, coastal destination filled with quintessential New England views, architecture, touristy shops, restaurants and eateries. We did not interact with any staff; however, communication from the owners regarding our stay was timely, detailed and provided for an easy check in and check out. I highly recommend if you’re seeking a clean and convenient accommodation in Rockport. Note that it is not a pet friendly site or accessible per ADA standards as noted in their information."

"The loft is historic and beautifully done. Very comfortable, and the location is central to everything in Rockport. I walked 15 minutes from the commuter rail station and didn't have a car, and had no problems. Lots of convenient amenities like toiletries and coffee provided. Love the skylight windows that provide both light and a nice breeze "
"We loved this place! My girlfriend and I spent four delightful days at this condo soaking up the picturesque views of Rockport harbor and the surrounding town from every window. Located in the heart of Bearskin Neck, there are tons of restaurants, shops and art galleries in every direction only footsteps from the front door. Mary Kay was an excellent host and very communicative about how to get there and where to park. The condo was clean and spacious, had comfortable beds, WiFi, A/C and a coffeemaker, toaster and refrigerator in the kitchen to enjoy our breakfasts. We can’t wait to go back next year! "
