"Our flight arrived at 8am and we had been up since 2am. They would not let us check in until 4pm even though our room was ready at noon. If you want to check in early it's a $45 fee which is just insane. The fee is for...nothing. The room just sat up there ready and we just waited in the lobby tired and desperate to shower. Such a scam and money grab. Any other hotel anywhere else lets you check in if the room is ready. That was crazy and not very customer forward. We booked a room for respite after a long day of travel and it was being witheld from us for extra money."

"We’re Vegas locals and decided to celebrate our anniversary with a little staycation at ARIA. We had such a great experience from check-in to check-out. Everything made our stay feel special, and it was such a nice treat to enjoy a getaway right here at home. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!"
