Protaras Sirina Waterfront Villa is beachfront villa located in a prestigious and quiet area right next to the famous Sirina Bay, a relatively secret spot favoured mostly by the local tourists.

This child friendly, 4 bedroom villa features a large private, mature and lawn covered garden ideal for sunbathing and relaxation and just a few steps from the beach. Sirina Waterfront House offers ample outside furniture both for dinning and sunbathing as well as a fully equipped BBQ.

The ground floors is an open plan living room area that opens up to the front garden and is complete with comfortable sofas, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table as well as a guest WC.

The upper floor features the 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower, a large double bed and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom also with a large double bed and similar sea views, the third bedroom is also double while the fourth offers two large single beds.

Sirina Waterfront Villa is fully equipped and furnished to highest standards, fully air-conditioned and offers free private high speed internet and satellite TV with both Russian as well as English Speaking channels.

Sirina Waterfront Villa is a spacious and elegantly decorated beachfront property located in a quiet area of Protaras on Sirina Bay between Golden Coast the Crystal Springs Hotels and only 1 minutes’ walk from the famous Sirina Bay beach.

At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favoured amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Aigialos Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
