Great apartment

We were overall very satisfied with our stay. We only experienced a few minor issues — the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly, and we occasionally had only cold water in the shower. Apart from that, the location was excellent, and the service was very good and helpful.

Amazing view over the pool and bay. Lovely sunrise directly infront on the apt ( In September) apt was immaculately clean, large fridge freezer was a blessing as was the washing machine. Great comminucation from George. Small shop within a couple of minutes walk and larger "best buy" or lidl a bit further.If we return to protaras we will definitely book this apt again

Lovely apartment, lovely location & views

The property was lovely and clean on arrival and well equipped. An excellent property for 2 adults with sea views and overlooking the pool and pool terrace. Great location and just a 10 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay and 2 minutes to Protaras. We read the review from 2020 and the poor quality of the furniture and can only assume it has all bee upgraded since that review as it was good quality and a nice deep bed mattress. The shower still has the plastic sliding doors that you do struggle to close at times. The shower itself could have done with being a bit bigger as it seems to be the smallest size of showers you can get. The lights in the corridor outside still do not work all the time and light out there is an issue when returning to the apartment at night, as it is luck of the draw if they come on or not. They are motion activated. This is really an issue for the complex owners and not the apartment owners / agent. So in summary apart from the small shower cubicle and dodgy shower door it is a great apartment to stay at with great views and well stocked.

Disappointment

The apartment was clean and well equipped however all of the furniture and furnishings was of the cheapest quality. The shower door was plastic and would not close properly. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put a toothbrush, a bottle, nothing. The mattress was very thin and the bedsheets small, not even fitted. Every time someone sat on the sofa it moved and opened. The chairs in the veranda were plastic and extremely uncomfortable. The lights in the corridor never worked. Half of the fridge shelves were missing. People come to have a nice relaxing holiday to a nice standard and not to have to live in a place that is cheap and uncomfortable and makes them feel like they were ripped off. I wonder if the owner of this place would live here for more than two days. He would probably go to a 5* hotel for the same price. Please do not underestimate your clients or you will lose them.
