Boa pousada, mas precisa melhorar muito

É uma ótima pousada, com baita potencial. Local bom, com piscina, beira da praia, atendimento excelente… mas falta capricho. Falta alguém olhar para detalhes que fazem a diferença, que são poucos e fáceis de serem resolvidos. Mas parece isso ser um problema de toda a Ilha.

Precisa melhorar

A pousada tem um potencial enorme. Mas está muito mal cuidada, o chalé com as madeiras bem sujas e cheio de buracos para entrada de bichos. Mudamos para suíte e os colchões bem mofados e com goteiras enquanto chovia. Detalhes bem largados, janela sem trinco que não fecha, torneira que não fecha, box sem trinco. Falta capricho. O atendimento foi excelente, o rapaz da recepção sempre solicito em nos atender, o pessoal do bar e da cozinha. Bem de frente ao mar, com piscina (que precisa de manutenção), pelo valor, poderia haver mais cuidado, lembrando que rusticidade não tem haver com desleixo. Minha nota foi boa pelas pessoas, pela paisagem e porque acredito que possa melhorar e muito.

Falta capricho

A pousada fica em local incrível, o mais lindo lição para um café da manhã, alem da proximidade de bons restaurantes da ilha. O problema é a precariedade da conservação e de melhorias. Os quartos não tem bom isolamento sonoro entre si, o banheiro está em péssimas condições. Descarga do sanitário ruim, registro do chuveiro goteja dia e noite. O café da manhã é servido com atenção e carinho, a piscina é bem limpa, mas só isso não basta!
