「早餐不错，空调噪音大。」

「Like fairytale!」

「15-minute walk from the subway station and breakfast is provided! Our room was ok, but the towels and sheets were not very clean……」

「My wife got bed bugs bite all over her body. The property is not cleaned properly and linens not washed regularly. Finding the property was easy but parking is difficult and a bit away from the house. Owner Robert was helpful.」

「服務非常親切! 房間溫馨 乾淨 舒適!早餐豐盛美味!是主人親自下廚! 太喜歡這裡了!!」

「From the moment we checked in, the staff at Auberge du Vieux-Port made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Housed in a beautifully restored historic building, our river-view room featured exposed stone walls, rustic wooden details, and windows that opened up to the lively streets and the waterfront. If you are looking for romantic, authentic character paired with top-tier hospitality in Montreal, this is the place. We cannot wait to return!」

「The front desk staff are less than helpful.」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the...

「Good stuff. Perfect location.」

「Very good」

「The room was spacious, luxurious and so comfortable. The staff were amazing, always available to help. All we needed was a corkscrew for the champagne and you had provided it! The location was superb for fine dining close by, interesting architecture, and just a few minutes drive to the Bell Centre for a great night!! Also the beautiful Atwater Market was close. Bravo!! We hope to return and will refer others!!😊」

「close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping」

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...
