““Esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. La comida fue muy mala, con poca variedad, mala preparación y una calidad que no corresponde al precio que se paga. “It was hard to get reservations at the restaurants. We finally got into one restaurant and we were restricted on what we could eat. It was really disappointing. The food was mediocre as we were rushed out due to a large party coming in (even though we had reservations). “An oasis of calm and beauty. My “partial ocean view” room had a perfectly framed view of the pool and beach. This came in quite handy during the Curaçao-Germany World Cup watch party, when they put up a massive TV screen. A sea of patriotic Curaçao blue, then of Nederlands orange. Delicious food, with many options nearby. Staff are all very kind and helpful, with plenty of recommendations for what to see, do, and eat. Will absolutely return as soon as I can!”

“I chose the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort for a solo birthday trip, and overall I had a good experience. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the shuttle service, which offered rides to downtown Willemstad, the Curaçao sign, the Curaçao Liqueur Distillery, grocery stores, and evening trips into town. “We stayed at the Adilts only Il Mare in a POD. It was amazing. The staff and food was amazing. We had a butler 24 hours and contacted us everyday to check in. We will be returning”

“Housekeeping was really lacking. Hallways were dirty and room wasn’t cleaned very well and they only come every other day. But other than that it’s a really nice cute hotel right near beach access and staff was really nice”

“The room was a bait and switch. Expedia showed the room with the pool however we were placed in the apartments. There was no pool and you could barely see the ocean. The hotel was beautiful though.”

I am not an AC person, so for us to have control of our own AC in our own 2 bedrooms was just wonderful. We had our own bathrooms too.
