“This place is terrible, and horrible. Inside and outside. I could not even stay there. False advertising nothing like the pictures or what is stated. The owner attitude stinks. Then because I did not stay there because of how run down the place is. She said the money is non refundable and if I did not do my research. She is definitely not showing me real condition of that place or surroundings. Because no one will book Ellen Bay. And the location is very far off in the country. If I could give……

“阳台下面就是酒吧，露天的棚子里面dj打碟，嘣嘣嘣各种音乐到凌晨一点半多。房间还是不错的，大，阳台能看见海，但是。真心太吵了，早上4点出门赶飞机，音乐停了也该起床了，完全没睡着。”

“location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for……

“I arrived just prior to front desk closing and check in was very straightforward, paying the US$8.10 per day Visitor Tax. I had a studio-type room suitable for a couple, complete with light-housekeeping facilities; bar fridge, cooktop and microwave. The place is very quiet and the garden units all have covered, front porch with a beautiful garden view and hummingbirds in the flowers all day long. Only noise at night are the whistling frogs. “The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out ”
