No water dispenser available and very picky about how you leave the room. One of the staff member he was not even trying to help. Answered wrong and didn’t even look at my reservation making us very late for our train. If you leave one single trash in the kitchen cause the box wont fit in the trash can, they will make you throw it otherwise they will charge you. I extended my stay for one more day and made me pay extra for towels. I am not recommending this to anyone nor coming back. Extremely disappointed. No shampoo or conditioner.

This was categorized as a hotel ij expedia but nothing like a hotel in terms of what is offered. If you decide to stay one more day they will charge you for extra towels. No water dispenser and you have to take out your own trash even if it’s one thing left in the kitchen. The door system was broken and we had to walk to a different door which is far away and dark at night. Staff didn’t bother helping me to check my room status when I added an extra day and told me to empty it and check in again and then a different staff member said that it is okay to leave my things after I have already packed. The toilet paper was not filled the next day despite it being a different reservation. It’s okay if you are only planning to sleep so you’re literally renting a bed and a toilet. Location was okay.

The staff were lovely, the area was quiet and not too far from the major sites. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for good comfort without the frills of a more pricey hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. Staff was very helpful getting extra pillows for my daughter who had a dislocated elbow so she could sleep with her arm. Grocery store was a one block lit up walk. Metro safe walk around building. Nice bakery just across from hotel. Will definitely stay if we travel to Paris again.

The room was good. The staff were amazing but if you come by car. Then you have a problem. There is no “safe” parking place around the hotel and the hotel it self doesn’t have a parking place. Even the staff said, it’s not safe to park outside. But the envoirment was still amazing around the hotel.

The only thing we liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room wasn't exactly like the photos, but there was plenty of space. The bed was very uncomfortable, too hard; every bone ached. Two radiators in our room weren't working. When the plumber arrived, we were just leaving the room and left it to be fixed. When we returned that evening, the radiators were barely warm. We decided to leave everything as is. The sink was clogged, and the water stood for half an hour without draining. We definitely won't be coming back here again.
