I do not write reviews. I have better things to do with my time than to review anything. But this time I have to make an exception. I stayed in this apartment for 2½ weeks; there were various minor issues, like no hot water in the bathroom sink, but the things that I wanted remedied right away were not dealt with. There was insufficient light in the apartment to be able to read, write, knit, whatever, in the evenings. Also, the kitchen utensils were inadequate; there was not a single knife that would cut bread. When I stated these problems in an email to the “Welkeys team”, they asked me to send pictures. I wrote back saying all I want is more light, and a knife that cuts bread; there are no photos, I just need a lamp, and a knife. They said they would get back to me. Nobody got back to me. Then there was an issue of a faulty light in the entryway, where much of the time the light did not come on. Even in the daytime the area becomes completely, 100% dark, and there is a 180 degree turn in the stairway, which you have to navigate in total darkness. This situation was never responded to. There is no one who has any intention to fix or attend to anything here.
