Located in a quiet, peaceful area of Paris, you'll be close to must-see sites such as the Champ de Mars, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées, Paris' most famous avenue.
This two-storey, 400 m² detached house comprises :
- a spacious living room with dining area,
- four bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm),
- one bedroom with a single bed for a child,
- a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two bathrooms with bathtub,
- one bathroom with bath and shower,
- two separate WCs,
- washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, fireplace, books,
- Wi-Fi,
- sauna, jacuzzi,
- 600 m² garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
