Total frustration! This rental was through a third party not an owner!!

I only stayed one night. The listing said ski in /ski out. It is not. You cannot ski out of the unit. I emailed you at 10:30 am with no response until 5:30pm and I told the front desk that I was checking out. They told me to wait for your response. Please refund the second night as well. I is would never have rented the unit if I knew it wasn’t ski out. You need to walk up an icy hill to the lift or 2 blocks to the Gondola. I look forward to receiving the additional night credit.
