"Bed bug alert! At first glance the hotel seemed to be clean enough to spend one night while my parent was hospitalized at Cleveland clinic. The staff was nice enough and you truly get what you pay for. However when I woke up in the morning there was a bed bug- live crawling on the bed. I had checked the mattresses the night before when I first arrived and no signs. The front desk clerk was very nice when I presented the dead bed bug. She said they have done things to get rid of them but it happens. They gave me trash bags for all my belongings and said they would reimburse my room. However they never did what they needed to on their end for Expedia to refund mr. Despite calls to the hotel. My $59 room cost a purse, suitcase, and clothes that needed to be thrown away. Bad choice on my end- you get what you pay for."
"A clean bathroom was a plus. I am very particular about that. We were on the first floor, and it was loud. Excellent breakfast and happy-hour snacks were a nice treat. Rates were excellent, except for parking, which was ridiculous! "
