"The only reason I did not give it a five star: in the mornings I woke up early and went up to have breakfast. I tried to pick a a cup of tea and some fruits for my wife, who does not like elevators (the restaurante is in the top floor) and I could not. The hotel has a policy in place that prohibits anyone of taking any food or drink away from the restaurant, even if breakfast is already included in the room price! This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever seen in a hotel!"

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

"O lugar tem muito potencial para ser um otimo lugar para ficar. Entretanto a sua gestĆ£o Ć© muito ruim, precisa de alguem que saiba gerir o lugar e seus funcionĆ”rios. Todos eles sao bem educados, porĆ©m falta organizaĆ§Ć£o no hotel. O cafĆ© sempre tinha coisa faltando e o hotel nao estava cheio para isso, faltou cafĆ© em um dia, no outro aƧĆŗcar, o leite, ate os talheres. O cafe era bem simples, as frutas e frios expostos e moscas pousando neles. A piscina nĆ£o estava limpa, pedimos no primeiro dia para que pudesse limpar para usarmos e nos foi informado que seria porĆ©m fomos embora e ela continuou suja. O serviƧo de quarto so passou 1 dia e ficamos com o quarto sujo, nos foi informado que foi devido a alta demanda de limpeza nesse dia. EntĆ£o no geral o que falta Ć© uma pessoa que tenha capacidade para gerir o lugar, pois ele Ć© lindo, tem uma area verde linda, o quarto Ć© confortavel, as decoracoes sĆ£o lindas, tem um potencial incrĆ­vel."
