“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“What kind of all-inclusive doesn’t have some type of food available after dinner service? Why does the bar have to close at 12:00? Can’t one person stay on to serve the people that want to stay up a little later. Why can’t the kitchen staff make a decent hamburger? Bar and drink menu is an A+. Kitchen quality and flexibility is a C-minus.”

“We loved the hotel, although the food was a bit disapointing.”

“Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; Zimmer jeden Tag sauber”

“nice staff, nice location, thank you so much ! Please stay here to enjoy the sunshine in Gran Canaria !”

“I did really enjoy my stay at Atlantic Sun beach, the properties were nice, had the essentials for what you'd need, (found the filter coffee machine in the end! Under the pans), and lovely pool side, jacuzzi and sauna (for when the sun goes in lol) only limited time for reception, but they have ways to check in and out when not there, and I spoke mostly to the staff via WhatsApp , the pool is lovely and heated so nice to slip into, pounded are good, with shade and sun to your preference. Jacuzzi……

“Overall, we had a mixed experience. This is definitely a family-oriented hotel and seems best suited for families with younger children, especially under 12. The Animation Team was wonderful — fun, kind, energetic and genuinely welcoming. The food selection was also excellent, with lots of variety. Unfortunately, some pool staff, particularly those dressed in all white, were consistently rude and dismissive. We brought an inflatable pool ring for our child and specifically asked a staff member……

“Fatal !

“Verry good”
