「This place was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I got into the correct car by calling and waiting for the taxi or tour bus. The kitchen offers 24-hour self-serve water, tea, and local fruits. The breakfast smelled delicious, although I only managed to enjoy it once because I was picked up early in the morning before breakfast hours. As a family-run establishment, the staff is incredibly attentive to their guests.」

I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!」

「Old world charm in the historic center. We were able to walk to many sights and restaurants. The breakfast had fresh fruit and juices, a hot dish featuring regional cuisine, eggs, and a great selection of breads. Coffee, not so great. Shower was hot and very clean. Room 217 was noisy from plumbing or sump pump and no blackout curtains for sleeping. Overall an excellent hotel and very helpful staff.」

「A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.」
