“Hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to everything! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were helpful. However, communication prior to the stay was very poor (taking days or weeks to respond, if at all) and then even though they confirmed in writing that they would pick us up from airport, they never showed up! “A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The customer service was truly excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The building uses a solar water heating system instead of gas, and unfortunately there was no hot water for one full day. The security guard was helpful, made us feel very secure, and watched out for the guests.
