「The hotel is in an amazing location with majestic views. The staff was very helpful and always available to provide answers to questions and solutions to our issues. There is a shuttle service to town which is very convenient because parking is scarce in downtown . The shuttle was always available within a few minutes of requesting it. Breakfast was included in our stay. The food was fresh and delicious, the waiting staff were friendly and professional, knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and...

「Tutto ottimo. Spa bellissima. Piscina top. Ristorante eccellente (unica pecca la scarsa disponibilita’ nel menu per bimbi piccoli). Avevamo una suite stupenda e comodissima nell’ala nuova. A voler essere pignoli me l’aspettavo piu’ insonorizzata. Comunque 9,5/10」

「Such a wonderful place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and atmosphere of the place was great. The pool was wonderful, was nice to take a swim after hiking. And very close to the Seceda and Alpe di Suisi cable cars and town. Would definitely stay here again.」

「We really enjoyed the spa! We visited the hot tub and sauna every day after walking and it was lovely. The room was very spacious and had a great corner view. It was very walkable from the center of town. If we’re ever in the Dolomites again, we’ll be back!」

「Best part of this hotel is the spa and the views incredible!! My room was a little cold because they hadn’t switched over to heat yet, but they were very accommodating with extra blankets. The pools, spa, etc were the best I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this hotel.」

「Very nice hotel and breakfast was amazing on the 4 days we were there. Only thing I don’t like is too many children in pool area when we were there, it will be nice to restrict certain time that is 18+. Pool temperature is very warm so if you are a lane swimmer, you will not like it.」

「Cozy, beautiful grounds. Close 5 min walk to downtown. Easy access for all the lifts in Ortisei. There is patio area, bar, and restaurant. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast had fresh bakery goods, smoked salmon, and made to order items. Would come again for sure.」

「We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!」
