"제가 묵던 층의 엘리베이터가 고장나있어서 조금 불편했지만 이외에는 모든것이 만족스러웠습니다. 세번째 이용하는데 다음에도 또 이용할 것 같아요! 엘리베이터 버튼은 빨리 고쳐져서 다른분들이 불편함을 겪지 않았으면 좋겠습니다. 숙소의 너무 좋은 장점이 가려지지 않으면 좋겠어요."

"Beautiful hotel located at an amazing area- walk distance to city hall, university of vienna and some other main attractions. Also, all employees were really kind and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again if visit Vienna again. "

"Breakfast was a buffet, bountiful buffet, wide selection, good service, friendly and helpful, healthy choices, nice dining room. However, breakfast was not free. We paid for the buffet when we reserved the room. It was an optional expense. The hotel is on the ring at the edge of Zone 1, Innere Stadt. Easy location for walking and nearby Ubaun station and street car and bus stops. My 2nd time stayiing at this hotel."

"Property location was great, close to the old city and train station. Staff was nice. Hotel is a little eccentric. Rooms were good size. Bathrooms were a bit odd, not much privacy. Would stay again."
