「All was fine except our room was near the elevator. I specifically asked for a quiet room away from elevators. At checkout, the reason given was I reserved it through Hotels.com and not directly through Hilton. This is the first time we’ve had this problem. I’d appreciate any help you can give, so the hotel corrects the issue. Elevator “ding” noise when it arrives on the floor and noisy guests talking loudly outside elevators are the issue. 」
