Why do Vrbo ask if we enjoyed it ,

When they do nothing about it when the customer has been “ ripped off “ , if I make a complaint the stock reply is “ we are only booking agents “ . Get a grip Vrbo and help the customer , have you seen your reviews on trust pilot , “ grow a pair “ help the customer and stop worrying about your profits . This villa was shocking , not one door locked , it is a three bed villa not a 4 bed , would you sleep in a garage . Not enough space to finish this . Put a stop to false advertising Now.
