Friendly helpful staff, very clean hotel easy walk to Beach. Just be aware soy7&8 have many bars open till 5:00 a.m. it can be very loud. I slept with ear plugs. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

Good quality hotel.

I give it top reccomendations, but they where renovating the rooms, at our floor so there was noice from 10am to 5pm. despite the small noise we had a great stay.

I found some of the guest quite rude, also I got mistaken for being Thai from behind, 2 asian indian men knocked on my sons door 1005 on the 10th floor at 3Am one morning, because they had seen him with Thai girls, they asked him if they could join in, he were disgusted with them, one of the security men asked him if he had some spare money to buy food.

Not worth it!! Waste of money!! Stayed in the new wing, felt like a large concrete cell! Other dislikes!! - Only bath towels provided (no hand towels etc) - Breakfast only runs to 10:30 AM - Staff didn't tell me that renovations were to happen on my floor, I had construction workers banging with a hammer in the room next door at 8am in the morning. Terrible stay!! Won't stay here again!!

初めてのタイ旅行。 ホテルは概ね満足です。 広い部屋を予約したので5連泊しても疲れなかったです。ウォシュレット、シャワーがついており、清潔に過ごせてストレスフリーでした。 ただ、毎日掃除機をかけてくれなかったようで、髪の毛があちこちに落ちていて残念でした。 ホテルの方々は気が利いて親切でした。 お値段も特別高い訳ではなく、この位のクオリティならお安いとおもいました。
