"Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "
