**Summer season books 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday. Outside of summer and holidays, we allow for 3 night minimum stays with dynamic pricing.

**For beach access - the one we use most often is a 5 minute walk with easy and flat access (no boardwalk) to beach. The closest access with dedicated parking for golf carts and cars is about a 2 minute drive. We provide recommendations for local golf cart rental companies that will drop off and pick up!

**Hot tub is included in rental rate. Pool heating is available at an additional charge of $100 / day to cover cost of gas. Please let us know if you would like to add pool heating.
