「The house it self was great! Great location, clean with decent size rooms. But the beds were too soft and didn’t provide neck or back support. And the bathroom in the closet isn’t very functional. Everyone in our family is tall and there was no leg room. The hosts were great with communication and gave clear instructions.」

「Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH.
Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described!
