「Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!」

「I've stayed in several units at Lofts at Estes and this was my favorite. All the units are very clean with all the extra amentities, but this unit had a wonderful deck off the upstairs master bedroom. My husband and I loved sitting out on the deck watching the traffic and people. Even saw an Elk trying to cross the street.」

「Excellent location with a view of Grand Lake town and water. Very comfortable couches, beds and very quiet . Kitchen well stocked. Host was easy to communicate with and very prompt.」

「I was most impressed with the cleanliness! We've stayed at other places that said they were clean (but weren't) This place delivered! Communication with the owner was great- very responsive! A pleasant experience.」

「Wonderful condo...clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable beds. Great location, very walkable to everything in Estes Park. We were greeted upon arrival by 3 elk in the front yard, one a large sized bull. The Riverwalk behind the condo makes a lovely stroll. There is a playground along this walk, minutes away if you have young ones. Overall great place to stay.」

「I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order,...

「This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless. We will definitely be back!」

「The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. 」
