"The apartment we rented was great for a longer stay, even though we were only passing through for the night. The Institute, right next to the entrance, was so convenient and good! Definitely need to arrange for parking. The street parking was very full"

"Deception ad. Unit in North Philly which is ran like a boarding home. Owned lists same property using different deceptive title. We call out, even though I didn't check in, the owner refused to issue a refund. SCAM!!!"

"The room itself was nice and in good condition. Location was convenient to different places to eat and walking distance to Chinatown. The staff were courteous and pleasant. The one downside was the refrigerator did not work and the technician was unable to fix. It would have been nice for the inconvenience to be addressed."

"The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....
