「I had to attend a convention in San Antonio and I needed to bring my dog with me so I selected the Omni... And boy am I glad I did! The service not only for myself but for my dog was better than a 10! They went above and beyond getting to know me as well as my dog! The room was also wonderful overlooking the pool and the bed was very comfortable! Even though the hotel has been recently remodeled I feel like they did a great job keeping some old world charm and rustic elements to make it warm...

「這是我住過最大方的飯店，雖有點老舊但也不失清潔與整體感，，也因如此它有它的歷史及故事存在更是一番風味,在這我不用擔心WIFI另外收費，以及除了飯店常見的早餐，在這竟也不用擔心外出尋找晚餐.它是免費的晚餐..太不可思議了我覺得很物超所值~ 地點也很好，下樓就可以到Riverwalk，不是在最熱鬧地區，若是要享受悠閒的度假，會是鬧中取靜的飯店，我非常的喜歡」

「I stayed for 2 nights. Valet parking was great and made it very easy. Staff was also very friendly. The hotel is older so you do have an older smell to the hall ways and the rooms. The room was nice and big. The water pressure was not very good in the shower or the sink. Breakfast was good and coffee was made earlier than the breakfast which is a plus for early risers. The only real complaint I would have and this was not their fault but there was a party going on in the building next door so...

「Great experience. We were actually upgraded to the AC side of the hotel with complementary breakfast due to an overbooking on the element side. Staff were incredible, the hotel is meticulous and modern. Highly recommend. Location to the Riverwalk is unequaled! 」

「The employees were very friendly from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the men cleaning the inside of the elevator. It was my first time staying there and I LOVED IT!! We were celebrating my daughter 20 birthday with her friends.」
