Property was beautiful, views were amazing. Staff were friendly and approachable though I felt that butler service was still lacking compared to other properties like the Ritz Krabi or Four seasons. Turn down service was efficient though it would have been nice to have had some treats eg. cookies, drinks that we have had at other properties. Food was delicious and service very genuine. Overall some rough edges but nonetheless a very good experience.

The Six Senses Resort is beautiful, and we stayed there for a total of five nights. However, we were disappointed with the staff, especially during breakfast. We waited 40 minutes just for simple coffee, and the housekeeping staff often forgot to provide towels, clean cups, and refill hand wash and aloe vera. Although we enjoyed wonderful food throughout Bali, we found the dining experience at Six Senses to be lacking. The food was tasteless, and even the breakfast was unsatisfactory. While the property is stunning, I would not choose to stay here again.

✨💕Kickstarting my 10-day Bali adventure☀️❤️ My love and I chose the Cliff Pool Villa with a breathtaking ocean view 🤩 The room is beyond amazing—perfect pool size, mesmerizing views, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks (a must for us!). And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖 The whole experience has been incredible! The staff are super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs. *Had a minor hiccup with the local taxi service, but the Client Relationship team swooped in to resolve it in no time! 🌟 Truly impressed with how quickly they handled everything. Feeling grateful for this amazing place! 👍✨ But please note that during July to Oct, can’t see the sunset as this is too south, attached a picture on what you could see during sunset time. Usually can only see the sunset around Nov to Feb per the staff. No good

Six Senses Uluwatu really needs maintenance and upgrading! We stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa and the interior was not good! Why not hire an interior decorator? It was like someone just put in the furniture that was available, nowhere to put your belongings when entering the villa, no dinner table on the terrace. The circulation of the pool was not working. The main restaurant was under construction and the workers banged and sawed until 11 pm at night. The personnel at the reception were confused and did not know much about the amenities of the hotel. The hotel is run down and needs upgrading but the main pool area is nice and the staff around the pool and bar are wonderful, the spa is nice and gym ok. Will not go back

Great Location & Employees, Trainwreck Experience

Honestly feel sorry writing a bad review because the employees were all very friendly but the stay was one of the more bizarre experiences I've had. The resort/rooms were overall tired and worn for a 5 star hotel. There was construction taking place all over the resort until 10p each night. Called the front desk several times to see if they could stop the hammering and stone sawing taking place outside our room but was unsuccessful. The main restaurant was being renovated and the noise from construction made sitting by the pool or outside bar a nonstarter. There were also 2 weddings place on the property during our stay which added to the clamor - (one of which included an unannounced fireworks show which felt like they were being set off right outside our villa). All of this would've been fine if we had been given any notification of the construction/weddings BEFORE flying 20 hours to get there. Hotels.com did refund one night but they couldn't get through to the hotel to assist with any of the other issues. Hotel sits on a beautiful location but the experience was a trainwreck.
