Superbly situated, the property lacked for nothing! Walking out of the front door to the banks of the River Tweed or round the corner to the town centre made this a fantastic find. Were would have no hesitation in booking again!

A cosy property with everything needed for a short stay in Peebles. Superb location by the Tweed with shops, restaurants and pubs a short walk away. Definitely recommend this property for a couple and hope to be able to stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying in this little studio. The owner, Julie, was more than helpful and has put a lot of thought into making the guest's stay comfortable. Would defiinitely book again.

We stayed here for three days, and this Studio has everthing you need for a self catering holiday. Situated in a great location for walks along the tweed, and into the town. I can recommend, suited for a couple.

Great accommodation in a fabulous position. Beautiful long walks from the door and access to the busy high street 2minutes away with Lovely independent shops and cosy cafes. We both thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back

They property was very clean and very well equipped . it is It is on the small side but has everything needed for short stay. The shower is lovely and everywhere was very clean. The biggest benefit is being so close to the river and the beautiful walks around the river. The town had lots of good restaurants and lovely shops.

This place is lovely. It is right on the green. It is small, but works for a couple that is able to work around one another. We enjoyed walks on the Tweed. We would stay again.
