「I had a fabulous stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and tidy although the shower attachment holder was broken so had to strategically position it so I could have a hands free shower. Also the shower drain was blocked which I unblocked - looked like it hadn't had a proper deep clean for a few months. I wouldn't have noticed this if the water drained away properly. Overall a fab apartment at a ridiculously low price in comparison to others.」

「Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better.
Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

「The apartment was excellent, very clean, we were very comfortable and had a good weekend, the recommendations for restaurants were good, we visited The Pearl and had a brilliant meal, we also visited Babbo, the Italian across the road and had excellent meal too. The check in and out was good and the property manual was detailed. One thing that we had trouble with was finding the apartment as the postcode wasn’t that helpful to know where it was, we didn’t know that 7 Butt Hill Court was on New...

「The check in process was made easier due to clear instructions for an unfamiliar keypad system. The house was immaculately clean and any niggles attended to promptly by Jen. It is very convenient with most rooms en suite. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were well ranged and of a good quality. Decor was tasteful and parking did not prove a problem as we always found spaces for 3 cars near to the property. One of the reasons (the cleanliness comfort and convenience being others) for...

「This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it was just as excellent as before. This time, I even met two front desk asian staff members who can spoke Cantonese, they were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you.
