Situated directly on the sand, you'll be just steps from a pristine stretch of beach connecting to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. A private deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee and a shady bench swing under the deck makes a perfect perch for afternoon cocktails. Primary guests will also enjoy access to a private balcony.

The breezy three-story interior features plenty of room to spread out, with an open-concept main floor designed for comfortable group gatherings. Whip up family style meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen and relax in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Garage was full of mold. Smell was overwhelming. Stairwell leading to house was completely filled with the smell of mold. It was very disappointing to pay so much money and then have to spend half your vacation cleaning the property so it was safe to stay. Vacasa said they could move us but never gave us the info we needed till 9pm the night before our reservation ended.

Great location

We had a lovely stay but I'll mention a few things to help future guests. Clean except for blinds and baseboards. Lots of beach towels but they weren't on list of what is provided. Beach chairs need replacing. Property would benefit from table and chairs on balcony outside living room and some paint refreshing.

Turtle Ridge

Home has some wear and tear from a well loved him, which you would expect. Location was amazing and very private. Our group consisted of 10 family members Grandparents, Parents, Aunts and 2 small kids. The townhouse was big enough for us and gave us plenty of quiet spaces. Easy access to beach. Home had ebough amenities like out door chairs, umbrella, extra beach towels, blankets and enough silverware , glasses and dishes for a large group. Townhouse was exactly as posted on vrbo. Steps to the beach & ocean!

The townhome was steps to the beach & ocean! This is our first time staying in Pensacola. The townhome was only a short drive to all the restaurants & shopping. The home was clean and big enough our family could spread out and not be on top of each other. Only a few negatives, the information about the trash is incorrect. There is no trash bin that you roll to the end of the driveway on trash day. There is a large dumpster down the street you have to take your trash to. The washer & dryer need to be updated. It is a little complicated trying to do a load of laundry. A lot of the remotes for the ceiling fans don’t work. Minor things that could use some attention but nothing that wouldn’t make us return!

Nice family beach vacation except the AC problem

The property was great and clean. The view was fantastic and it was beach front with a short walk to the Gulf which was basically the back yard. It was spacious and 7 of us of all different ages stayed comfortably and we were able to have good family time and visit with friends as well. The checkin and checkout process was great. However, the AC was not working great at first, but the inside temp was in the high 70s so it was comfortable. The last night the AC stopped working and the condo temp got up to 85 degrees upstairs and 83 downstairs. It was cooler barely outside at night. We called the property management company and they said the vendor would be there the following morning which was 12+ hours from the complaint. So we tried to use fans but it was not enough. So we decided to leave early and head back home that night b/c it was too uncomfortable for us to sleep and we had young kids with us. So that was unfortunate. Overall it was good until the last night.

Found the One

This is our favorite location on the panhandle. Beach is not crowded and is literally steps out the back door. Layout of unit worked well for us. It would be helpful to have a 9 x 13 pan and also potholders. Great experience.

Home Away

The condo was perfectly placed away from the crowds but close to restaurants and atractions. Drive slowly on the roads- Speed bumps! The wrong lock combo was a minor nuisance but we got a new one and got in. The beds were not as listed online but it was better for us. The 4th bedroom had 2 full-size bunk beds. The rooms were most comfortable and the kitchen was well acquitted. However, sharp knives, pot holders and a better can opener would be helpful. The condo held eleven of us very comfortably. I would recommend it to all.

Graduation trip

We made a mini beach trip out of graduation for one of my kids. This house is a good size to hold a large group. One of the rooms has bunk beds not listed. It’s in a perfect location just minutes from the businesses on Pensacola beach. Couple negatives: A couple lights didn’t work One of the lazy Susan’s doors were broken The light cover in kitchen was broke To throw trash away it’s a small hike Dryer takes forever to dry even just 4 towels Overall we would stay there again! We would recommend others to the house as well

Beautiful view

We stayed at this property with 7 family members. We messaged through VRBO because we could not get the televisions to work and the elder adults we were traveling with really like television. The management company messaged back and even called to say they put a ticket in to the local property management, but no one local called or messaged to help us. I know television is not that important, but it was to some of our guests. We would not stay here in the future because if we really needed something, I’m not sure the local people would be attentive. The view is gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. The listing also shows 4 beds. But one of the bedrooms has a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds.

Great place with easy access to the beach; To get to the beach you just need to go out to the balcony, down the stairs, and you are on the beach.

Would stay again for sure!

We loved this place. Right on the beach, roomy, lots of extras like beach toys for the lids and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were minor items missing which didn’t make a lot of sense, like there was an ironing board but no iron (we were in town for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes) and no hangers in the closets or dressers to store your things. But overall, we loved it and would for sure stay again.

Perfect for our family get together

We had a wonderful time celebrating the twins 70th birthday. Perfect for our 2 families. Would have been nice to have a few more amenities like salt snd coffee filters. Nice that they provided a garage remote. A few more beach chairs would have been nice but they did have plenty of things for the kids to play in the sand and good rinse off areas. Nice patios. Large bunk beds were great for the kids. Loved being able to just walk out to the beach. We'll be back for sure!

Spectacular location and nice place for families

This property is RIGHT on the beach in a location that can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly during a very hot spell. This was a gorgeous, uncrowded stretch of Pensacola beach. The property was clean and had what we needed. A few small things could have improved our stay: most of the beach chairs were broken and unusable. The dryer didn’t work properly (got hot but did not spin). The wooden outdoor deck chairs were not in good condition. The house came with plenty of towels and the linens on the bed were great. I would absolutely stay here again, but we would have to buy or bring beach chairs (hard to do if you if you’re flying). We had great weather and a wonderful stay. The small negatives were minor and did not affect our stay.
