“Very nice accommodations, Great location! Quick walk to the Beach, close to restaurants and attractions. Beautiful kitchen with updated appliances however kitchen accessories were lacking. If you plan to cook meals bring seasonings, foil, storage containers even salt & pepper because there wont be any. ”

“The place was exactly what we were hoping for. Location was great - close to the dog beach and also very close to the Local where you can ge some groceries and wine/soirits. Quiet at night. Very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Check in process and communication with our host was top notch.Will definitely stay here again if available. Highly recommended.”

“Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.”

“We loved the location with perfect beach views with the fabulous sunsets (especially from the top floor balcony) and were glad it was centrally located yet away from the crowds near the boardwalk. We were impressed that the house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need and liked having use of the garage. We will definitely be returning!”
