  • Welcome to Sans Souci Getaway, a Gulf-front beach condo on beautiful Pensacola Beach. Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy sweeping Gulf views, and step directly onto the sugar-white sand from the building.

    This comfortable one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo sleeps up to six guests and is ideal for couples, families, or a small group looking for an easy beach escape. The space includes a private bedroom, a convenient Murphy bed, and a sofa bed, giving everyone room to relax after a day in the sun. The kitchen is stocked with everyday essentials, including dishes, utensils, cookware, baking pans, and a Keurig coffee maker. A stacked washer and dryer are also available in the condo for your convenience.

    Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, covered parking, elevator access, and private beach access. Peg Leg Pete’s, one of Pensacola Beach’s favorite seafood restaurants, is directly across the street, while Tom Thumb next door makes it easy to pick up ice, snacks, coffee, and essentials. A paved path in front of the building is great for a morning walk or jog, and the island trolley stops right in front of Sans Souci.

Lovely Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation condo! The entire property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. The host Tim was friendly & extremely responsive to questions concerning the WiFi door lock. Overall the space felt welcoming and cozy. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay! As it’s directly on the BEACH ☀️ Priceless sunset views. Bonus as to location as Fort Pickens is just a very short distance as well as the lighthouse - so perfect for an afternoon of exploring. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – 10/10!We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful gulf-front condo! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and welcoming! For a one-bedroom unit, it was incredibly spacious, and the Murphy bed in the living area was such a great idea! We left it open for our entire stay, and it never made the space feel crowded. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. The condo was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. There were plenty of extra linens, pillows, and cozy soft blankets, which we really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so well! The easy beach access made it so simple to enjoy the gulf and have a short walk back to the condo. The location made our stay even more enjoyable. Having Peg Leg Pete’s right next door was a wonderful bonus, and being able to walk across the street to Tom Thumb for anything we needed was incredibly convenient. We loved not having to drive for meals or quick essentials—it made everything feel easy and carefree.We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners in the condo. It felt like a place created with guests’ comfort in mind, and we would absolutely book again! Communication was excellent! Tim went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this beautiful, gulf-front getaway to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Pensacola!
