  • Can't wait to put your toes in the sand? Wait no longer! Be our guests in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautiful condo. This has been a family condo since purchased in 1976. We are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with our new rental friends.

    Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, you will experience the ease of dipping into the pool or using the dune walkover for a glorious day on the beach.

    Our condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds in the primary and 1 queen bed in the guest room. There are two full baths with quartz countertops. The kitchen is family ready with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. There are two flat screen televisions. One tv in the living room and one tv in the primary bedroom.

    We love the location of our unit! This 2nd floor unit is easily accessible by one flight of stairs, if you wish to avoid the lobby elevators. Being an end unit, the floor plan has a unique hallway that spills into a large, open floor plan that is bright with light from large windows. We have one of the largest units in the Regency. It is 1,380 square feet in size. The balconies at the Regency Towers vary in size. We love our balcony but it is not the largest.

When I arrived the home was very clean. Locations is right on the beach and wonderful beach items are in the condo. Very peaceful area. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Host was very welcoming and provided great ideas on things to do in the area.

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and had some extra touches like hair dryers in the bathrooms, extra TP, extra garbage bags. The only negative would be the AC: you cannot adjust it below 70 degrees and at night it was not cool enough for me in the bedrooms but I am hot natured. The temp was cool in the common areas.

Excellent location!

As an experienced traveller, I can say that you will not find a nicer , more gracious, and more accomodating host! Patty was quick to respond from the very beginning --questions before booking and cared about our stay . I liked that she lived local in Pensacola as well. The condo is nicely located.

This is a PERFECT place to vacation. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. The appliances work as expected with no problems. Wonderful Pensacola Beach Getaway

Perfect for get together

My family booked this VRBO for my son's graduation since we all live in different areas. The location couldn't have been better, the condo was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably and was more than we could've expected. Wonderful vacation

This was our best beach vacation yet. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear water the whole week. Everything was great. Condo and property were just as pictured and described, We Had everything we needed, clean and comfy… gorgeous beach and large pool. Patty was awesome, just a text or phone call away, open communication from the time of booking.

2 month stay in Pensacola Beach

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.
