Ocean Breeze East, the affordable condo directly on the gulf, is perfect for those who enjoy small complexes. The building has 31 units with a Gulf front swimming pool and a large sun deck. This condo has 980 SF of living area and Gulf Front balcony access from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Ceramic Tile throughout.

The condo was very cute and clean. We had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The balcony gave us great views of the beachfront while taking a break from the sun. The pool was also a nice option to swim in after the sunset. Loved walking on the beach every morning and eating at some of the local restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the sounds of the waves at night. Thanks for a great stay!

Perdido Key seemed to be very family oriented and peaceful… condo had everything we needed and very clean.. Communication with Agent was timely and perfect.. Above our expectations for sure.. Our son is stationed in Pensacola so we will rebook again!

This place was beautiful both inside and out! Condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful interior, and view from large balcony overlooking Gulf was breathtaking! Property managers/management was friendly, professional and always willing to assist, however, we had zero issues during my 3 week stay.

Cozy but Adequate

If you’re going to use your condo simply as a comfortable place to sleep while you spend the rest of the time on the beach, this is perfect. If you’re looking for a sprawling unit with a large kitchen and all the amenities of other resorts then you will be disappointed. It’s probably one of the oldest condos on the beach, but it was very clean. The bathrooms look recently remodeled. The beds are comfortable. And the balcony has a perfect, unobstructed view. And while the kitchen is small, it’s adequate for cooking and plenty of dishes and utensils are available. It’s very easy to get to the beach, and not very crowded because the building is relatively small and there’s not currently a property next door, so you can easily move down the shore a bit if you want space. It was very inexpensive compared to other properties for obvious reasons, but certainly worth the value. We had a smaller party and it was great. It says you can have 6 and I guess the couch does pull out, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The living room is pretty small and it would seem really cramped with a bed pulled out, luggage, etc. But if that’s not a concern for you then go for it.
