Great location and amenities

Perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults! Didn’t get to enjoy all amenities but we knew that being winter but kids enjoyed heated pool and all enjoyed the hot tubs! Perfect location on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do!

Perfect place for a Spring break getaway

Condo was beautifully decorated and simple- but with everything we needed. Amazing location, great views out the side patio and close to lots of restaurants. Would love to book again! ☀️

Perfect spring break location for a large family

Omg this was perfect! The unit is well situated for our family of six. The bathrooms are enormous. And the showers had great water pressure. Having three bathrooms was such a helpful thing with all the kids. Beds were super comfortable. Our middle schooler was very comfortable in the bunk nook. The older kids took the beds/pull out. The unit is so thoughtfully stocked and we had the most wonderful time. The ceiling fans & a/c made sure we were comfortable which is a high bar since we’re not used to the heat/humidity. Loved the balcony. Could see the beach flags from it every morning. Everything was clean and the kitchen was superb. Melody was super responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation for the Holidays

We stayed here over our Christmas break. The kids had a great time playing on the beach. Melody was helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we needed to arrive early to avoid driving in a snowstorm. Great property and location. Lots of fun attractions nearby and we loved that we were right on the beach. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful Condo, nice stay

I enjoyed Waterscape, the pool and hot tub area was great. The condo was nice although the beach view was limited. The place was very quiet. I do recommend that you bring your own can opener - the ones in the condo did not work well.

The condo is perfect for my family and I for a spring break getaway! Love the location compared to the garage in the pool/beach, the owner was great to do business with. The only thing I could come up with to make it better to have a few more kitchen tools since we cook in with kids.

We enjoyed our condo very clean and a lot of room. The pool area is nice for kids but way too overcrowded to really enjoy. Everyone puts a towel on the chairs and then leaves so you never get a chance to get one which is aggravating. Someone stole my 2 beach towels and an expensive pair of orthopedic shoes. Guess we picked a busy time to come because the beach was way overcrowded! Overall it was okay but would not stay again it's just too busy!

This property was exactly as described and the owner was very attentive. The unit was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We plan to come back and stay with waterscape hopefully in this unit again! If you are thinking about booking, just do it! You absolutely won't regret it! The only thing that would have made me love this unit even more was if there was a TV in the kids bunk area, it wasn't a big deal at all though because the kiddos slept on the pullout couch which was very comfortable as well! Just a recommendation!

Amazing Vacation!!

First of all, Melody has been an absolute joy to work with before, during and after our trip. We loved the no hassle check in/out. She is the best owner I’ve dealt with on VRBO, hands down. I wish all owners were like her! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The mattresses were amazing to sleep on. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. WiFi is strong and fast! We loved being close to the elevators and the extra beach toys/chairs/wagon were a bonus. We will definitely rent A411 from Melody again!

Room was beautiful and clean and great! Been in other rooms on this property that was stocked with a few more cooking essentials like coffee or spices or peanut butter, but it is all ok. Just be ready to bring everything you need food wise. This rooms balcony does not face inward to the pool area. Wasn’t a problem for us. We didn’t intend on sitting in the room all day anyway. You could still see a little of the ocean and out toward the direction of Destin and the big bridge. It was nice. .

Amazing Condo and Location!

We absolutely LOVED staying here during our trip to Florida!! The condo was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Check in was very simple and we received an email ahead of time with all important information. The washing machine was so nice to have, as well as the two master suites and full kitchen. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we appreciated getting to use the body board and child life jacket that was in the deck box. We went during the winter season and it was very quiet and peaceful in the condo and in the courtyard. The kids loved the lazy river and pools (especially the heated pool) and the adults loved the hot tubs. The Emerald coast is even more beautiful in person than any photo could show. The beautiful white sand beach is just steps away. We explored the whole coast from this condo, from Panama City Beach to Seaside to Destin to the Pensacola area. There are SO many family friendly beautiful public beaches to choose from in the area besides the one right outside the door. We definitely would want to stay here again!

Great Resort Stay with Oceanfront View

This was our first extended-family vacation and our fourth time staying at Waterscape Resort. Overall the resort facilities are clean and have every amenitiy you could possibly think of. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Our condo was overall very clean and well stocked with (almost) everything we could possibly need for the week. The beach wagon came in handy for hauling our gear down to the pool/beach and the beach chairs were great in addition to the rental chairs and umbrellas we rented through the resort for the week. The unit also has a vacuum cleaner which helped with the sand we inevitably tracked in each day. We loved the fact that both bedrooms had king size beds. Although we never needed to contact the owner for any issues, they were very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed and we had no problems checking in upon arrival. Only complaints we had, which were not at all detrimental to our stay, were that the sofa in the living room is not a big sectional like the photos show but is actually two sofas (one sleeper, both showing signs of wear which is typical for these condos) and the toilet in the guest bedroom was loud and would run for a while and make gargling sounds when flushed; again not a huge deal. Overall we would highly recommend this condo and Waterscape and would definitely consider staying again in the futre.

Right on the Beach!

This place was a good choice. Right on the beach, a view of the Gulf from our large balcony, and we didn't need a car after all. Property was very clean. 2 Master Bedrooms was nice. I was disappointed about two things. 1-The bunk room was just a nook. There was no door for privacy. This was fine for us because we were all close family. It might be different for future renters. The mattresses in the bunks are NOT made for adults. I'd say 10 years old and under. Anyone with weight on them is going to feel like they are sleeping on plywood. 2-I chose this specific condo at Waterscape because the listing photo shows a sectional sofa. I have one at my home and it seats my family just fine. With 6 adults, we never had a moment when we could all lounge on the couch/loveseat together. Another thing about the resort, in general, is that it is a MAZE. Signage isn't great and all of us got lost on several occasions. There are two doors in the hallways that have the same number of your rental so that is confusing, too. Overall, it was a great spot to be at for the family and the beach. We mostly sat at the beach all day. Beach service is there for chair and umbrella rental. Very convenient but get out there early to get a good spot. The rental company arranges the chairs in a horseshoe, which is weird and unlike anyone else down the beach. Most companies set up in rows facing the water. This one has you facing other people. I didn't care for that. Pool was amazing.

Labor Day get away

It was pretty perfect! Lovely condo, all the accommodations, beach front, perfect weather, and a LAZY RIVER! The pool is huge, and family friendly. My granddaughter loved the pool the most. My suggestions: memorize the door code before you get there , so you dont have to take your purse/bag with you to the beach/pool. It only took us 2 days to figure that out! Bring your own food! The only fast food venue is beside the pool, and while convenient, the price is high and quality not so great. There are outdoor grills if you want to cook out. Dont over book your self, or you will regret not having more time at the pool! We will come again.

Overall a lot of fun and great place but bunk bed room without door

Overall, we had a lot of fun and location was 10/10. Melody gave precise instructions and was extremely responsive. We traveled with our nanny, 2.5 yo toddler and a 6mo infant. Property was clean and as described. One thing that we did not know was the bunkroom did not have a door and it located right next to entrance door and 2 steps from the kitchen. Our toddler is a light sleeper so during his 2-3 hour naps, the kitchen was pretty much off limits for cooking/prep lunch also at night we were concerned he was going to wander. This may not be a big issue for most but it was for us. But as I said, overall great properties. The pool water was very cold like most reviews said (despite 80+ degree weather) but the children didn't seem to mind. Beautiful and clean beach.
