Perfect satellite location for a larger Pensacola family gathering. Thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the artisan touches that went into the remodel. We would book again. Great fenced area for our two dogs. The neighborhood may seem questionable at first, but the neighbors were all very friendly.

Perfect location

The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location!

Downtown cottage stay

Property was clean and great location for our purpose. Neighborhood is in the process of being "gentrified" so some of the other houses may make some people nervous of the location. We had no problem with our stay.

Amazing Cottage

Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to downtown Pennsacola. Artistically decorated and exactly like pictures with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kasia is a great host!!!

We attended a wine tasting event at the stadium and did not want to drive home. It was about a 6 lift to the stadium and easy as sipping bubbly on a sunny afternoon! My friend and I enjoyed it and the two separate bedrooms

Great stay!

This was the perfect house for our cheer competition weekend. It was close to the Pensacola bay center and a few restaurants/fast food. The house was clean and the check in/out process was super easy.

Comfy Cottage

Owner was great to work with. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was a great one. The accommodations were clean and the remodeling work the owner did made it feel cozy. Located close to downtown, and easy access to everything - though we didn’t walk the neighborhood. We will definitely book this property again when visiting!

Labor day weekend trip

Overall this was a nice cottage, very rustic which was what we wanted!!! Great location to downtown restaurant's were just minutes away. The beach was about a 10 minute drive which isnt bad and well worth the savings. The hostess was very quick to respond to my messages and polite. There were plenty of towels and the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Looking forward to coming back next summer!!!

Charming cottage

This property is a shotgun style house that has a perfect layout. The owner, who is an expert welder an wood artist, recently completed a full renovation and did a great job! This is a comfortable and affordable alternative to staying in much higher prices beach options.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful location. Within five miles of every convenience. (Food, stores, gas) Within 20 mins of beautiful beaches. Cottage was beautifully renovated with homemade crafts and murals. Owner communication was great. Plan to stay again.

The cottage was wonderful and the host was great with communication. Did wake up at 2am in the neighborhood from loud base playing. I would stay again. Very safe and very comfortable.

The property was close to everywhere we had to go. Good restaurants in 7 to 10 minutes away.

I liked the property. It was comfortable. I killed 3 spiders in the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom in the back .my grandson killed 2 spiders. Other then that it went well.

Winning Stay

We came for the basketball tournament. Our teams didn’t win, but we did with this property. It was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. My one suggestion would be to have a plastic bin for ice. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We came for a cheer comp at the Bay Center. It was a convenient location. The area is currently being updated so not all of the surrounding houses are in great shape. Don’t let the looks deceive you. It was a quiet street with limited parking but worked great for us.

Very cute house. Needs covering on all windows due to lack of privacy. Not in a neighborhood that you would expect to walk to downtown locations. Absolutely loved Pensacola though.

Cute Cottage

Let me start of by saying I Loved the Cottage, it was extremely clean and had all the essentials we needed. But my complaint is not having access to the washer and dryer to wash our beach clothes that is a Big Negative for Me as well as not having enough wash cloths. But I did like the fact that some were brought to us immediately after my request.
