If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was absolutely ghetto and not in a fun or quirky way—just dirty, loud, and chaotic. The room smelled like old gas, the furniture was worn and filthy, and I actually saw grey roaches crawling around the bathroom. It felt like something out of a horror movie.
There were people arguing and fighting loudly right outside, all night long. I didn’t feel safe for a second. The crowd hanging around seemed high or strung out, and there were definitely crackheads wandering the parking lot.
To make matters worse, the manager (a bigger white woman) had a terrible attitude—completely rude and dismissive when I brought up the conditions. She acted like I was bothering her just by asking for help.
Save yourself the stress and DO NOT stay here under any circumstance. I left early and wish I never booked in the first place. Save your time and money and stay at Home In up the street.
