Penthouse Suite - Largest Private Deck in Complex

11th floor (top floor) unit is located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the exquisite views from your private balcony and expansive deck (see photos). This unit was recently remodeled. It is beautifully furnished and offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It is the only unit in Perdido Sun with a large, completely private deck area with ocean views. It is also impeccably appointed with high-end furnishings. Lastly, this unit no longer has a pull-out couch so can only sleep 2 maximum.


The complex includes 24 hour front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beach front. Inside you will find a new exercise facility, plus a game room for the kids. You will enjoy planned recreation, beach service, nearby shopping and restaurants.

What sets Perdido Key apart is the beautiful, sugar-white sand, clear emerald water, and five miles of protected, unspoiled dunes located in the Florida - Perdido Key State Park, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and the inter coastal waterway - the views of the sunsets are breathtaking!

Perdido Key is great for snowbirds too! The winters are very mild with average temperatures of 50-70 degrees in December. Less than one mile away you will find spectacular golf courses "Lost Key" designed by Arnold Palmer, and Perdido Bay Golf Club.

Most relaxing vacation we have had in recent years. Love the views. The first couple of days of our stay, it rained. We just stayed in and read. Condo was very comfortable. Loved watching the storms coming across the gulf. On sunny days, my husband watched birds from the large balcony. He even found an eagle nest not too far away. Kitchen was well equipped but didn’t use it too much. Great restaurant was just across the street. Beautiful sunsets in the evening. Will stay there again.

Great location with super ocean view. Sunsets are wonderful whether you are inside or outside on the balcony. Cleanliness was superb and the furniture was very comfortable. The AC was fantastic and we even needed a blanket in the evening sometimes. Check-in was great! I love when owners can just provide the codes that are needed. It was also nice that the parking passes were in the unit upon our arrival. I love staying here!

Anniversary Vacation!

This was our 2nd stay in the penthouse suite and it won’t be our last! It’s a beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo. The very large and private deck is wonderful. It has plenty of comfortable furniture to relax on also. You have a great view of the water and can see dolphins and fish all day. We even watched Osprey feeding in the gulf and flying directly by the balcony with their catch in their talons!! The nice breeze keeps you cool so you are never hot. The pool or the beach are never so packed you couldn’t find a place to sit. That’s nice to have. Great restaurants across the road. The owner is very responsive to any questions you have. I highly recommend this condo. We won’t be staying anywhere else.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was amazing. The beach was full but never overly crowded. The location was great - walking distance to 2 of our favorite restaurants, and a couple minute dive to Publix and Perdido Seafood. The only thing missing was a washer/dryer in the unit, which would have been the cherry on top.

10 visits to Perdido Key and 3rd stay at Perdido Sun ( all in different units), we love the area and our recent stay was great, glad to see improved security via key pad codes that finally work, but still not any visible security guards on premises except one night checking for parking passes, pretty sure I witnessed cars pull in and folks using the premises that weren’t guests.

Pensacola Premier Balcony

Great place, especially for a couple. Biggest balcony on the property overlooking pool, beach, and facing west for nice sunset views. The pictures painted a true picture of the property. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This unit was very clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. The views were awesome. Patrick was efficient in answering all my questions. The kitchen was stocked very well and we appreciated little extras. Maybe consider a couple new fry pans. The refrigerator didn't have an automatic ice maker. We really enjoyed our anniversary on Perdido Key. Balcony furniture was perfect.

Perdido Sun Vacation

When we arrived, we were surprised to see that there was so much construction going on at the property. The front office staff was very nice, and gave us our wrist bands. The hallways had a lot of construction supplies, not blocking the walkways, but piled up for use. M-F, there were many workers all over the property chipping away at the plaster on the building, which "snowed" on our large deck area. The property owner was very responsive, and concerned that he did not know this was going on. The property manager was up to our unit twice, once because she needed to see if there was a TV in the bedroom, and then another time to check out the deck. Workers also rang the bell one morning to ask if our deck was the one with construction wood blocking part of it. It was not, and they left. Overall, the unit was so fun, and the view is beautiful. We would return.

Beautiful and large one bedroom condo! Beautiful views and spacious patio! Many extras included in the kitchen! Thanks for a great week in Perdido Key, FL! Only downside is no washer & dryer in the condo, but there is coin laundry available on the first floor!

RELAXING VACATION CONDO

I relaxed with my husband and son in this beautiful condo on the beach. Great views from the huge deck! We didn't even need to leave the deck to watch the 4th of July Fireworks, it was wonderful! Very comfortable bed. Restaurants right across the street and only about a 10 minute drive to the Florabama. Perdido Key beach is quieter/less crazy than Pensacola Beach, which is what we wanted this time.
