Very Private Home w/ HEATED Pool, Palm Trees and Big Fenced Yard.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Nice Big Yard with Heated Pool and Palm Trees. Very spacious home with three bedrooms and two baths. Newly updated and decorated , right in the middle of Pensacola. Very peaceful area. Short drive , about 10 min. to Perdido Beach, Naval Air Station or Downtown. Shopping centers are also close by. You will have great memories here. Bring your whole family including your pet, where they can run around Free with no leash. Fee of $200 will be added for 1 pet, $100 for extra pet. Pets Cannot Swim in the Pool, because of the Liner. Note: Pool is outdoor and can only be heated to a maximum of 10°F above the outside temperature. If it’s below 70°F outside, the heater won’t run. Please plan your stay accordingly. No refunds or future free stays. Come for the Sun, Stay for the Fun....

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. The dining room table was the perfect size, the home is spacious and we didn’t feel crowded- we loved the bamboo mattresses and copper pillows- slept great! Everything was well supplied and the hosts met us with a tour at check in. Our favorite part- other than the fenced yard- was the cozy fireplace! We enjoyed the US Naval museum while there, as well as the pier and the downtown markets and an Irish pub. We hope to return someday!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The VRBO owners were amazing. The house was great, very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything that we could've needed. The pool was pristine, we enjoyed it very much. We definitely will be back. Thank you for everything.

Pensacola - With a Pool

We were very comfortable in this house! The pool is lovely. The house is very clean and has everything you need. For us, the location is very convenient and we would stay here again.

Property was amazing and very private. Clean and well furnished with modern amenities. We needed absolutely nothing as far as cooking etc....would highly recommend. The owners were amazing people as well!

Wonderful!

It was a wonderful experience for my family. The house was clean and as described. The owners are wonderful. 10 minutes from the naval base where we got to go see our son and have lots of beach time.

Wonderful home

This house was very clean and provided everything anyone could possibly need during their stay. The owners were very accomodating and made us feel right at home. They responded promptly when we had questions. The back yard is an oasis. The property is located nearby several things we wanted to visit.

Awesome hosts

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that our friend group had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay at their beautiful property. The house was well maintained and cleaned with an amazing outdoor space to spend by the pool with friends or family. Our friend group throughly enjoyed our stay at the property and are already planning on coming back in the future.

Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood, awesome owners!

My daughter and I stayed one night at this property while we were passing through from Daytona back to Texas. It was very important for us to stay at a place that we felt safe and accommodated. We are so happy that we picked this property! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect! The minute you walked in you felt at home- from the gorgeous pool area and lighting, to the amazing Christmas tree and decorations, this property is a gem! The bathrooms were stocked with basic toiletries and plenty of fresh clean towels, the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, seasonings, bountiful pots and pans, there were also disposable plates and utensils offered. The beds were clean and very comfortable, and it was extremely simple to watch tv/movies, (no complicated sign in's). I'm a gen X'er and loved the fact that there was even a cd changer and cd's to listen to, (the Rush and Van Halen were really cool finds!) And after a late night dip in the perfectly heated pool, you can dry off and sit in front of an electric fireplace to warm up your toes! It was great! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! The owners seem to be very sweet, personable people who just want their guests to have the best stay ever! We can't wait to come back and stay longer so we can have those margaritas by the pool like the owners suggested! ;)

The entire home was spotless and well stocked. Pool was fabulous. Fenced yard a wonderful plus for those with dogs. The hosts met us there to show us around and how things worked. They were incredibly responsive with any questions we had. (Usually under 5 min!) Their goal was for us to have a great vacation and it showed! Loved this place and would love to return in the near future!

Family vacation

Property was clean and easy to get to in a great location was able to get to many of the places we normally go to when in Pensacola. The home was well equipped with anything you might need for your stay. Pool was clean and a much needed asset. Host and his wife came and cleaned the yard after a horrible storm. They always notified us by text if they were going to be in the backyard.

Clean and homey feeling

The house was very clean. The owners provided everything we needed including coffee, filters and even sweetener and creamer. The house felt like being home. The toilet paper was very soft and they provided extra toilet paper so you aren't afraid you're going to run out during your stay. That's always a plus! We enjoyed the pool. It was a little cool for the 1st of June but only God has control of the weather.
