Nestled behind a quite subdivision, Brookside offers a sunny community pool and tennis courts for a relaxing day in the sun. The living area is very accommodating and comfortable.

We accept pets with pre-approval.

We are 27 minutes to white sandy beaches! A Scenic Drive of 14 miles to Pensacola Beach or 30 minutes to NAS Pensacola. Don't pass up this great deal! See the Blues fly every Sunday evening.
The space
The entire place is yours. Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, workspace and 1/2 bath on the first floor. Bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor.
Our place is safe, quiet and convenient. It is designed to accommodate 4 adults comfortably with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. It has a standard size fridge, DW, coffee pot & microwave oven and all the necessary utensils to prepare your home cooked meals. Stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV.
Relax in the spacious living room or take a short walk and relax by the pool or the Park.
We love pets too, but you must add them to the reservation and be approved first.
Guest access
Entire townhouse and community amenities are available for you to enjoy. There is also a designated space for dogs to use while on a leash. You may also want to take a short walk to the community park and let the children play.
Other things to note
-The code to the key lock box is listed in your reservation.
-An outdoor Security Camera is located on the premises and is monitored 24/7.

All pets must be included on the reservation request and be pre-approved.

Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals:
* Guest with Service Animals cannot be refused a reservation however you must state if you require the service animal because of a disability and what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.
* Guest with an Emotional Support Animal may be denied a reservation and will be charged a pet fee.
We may ask you to provide an identification card issued by the training center, animal's photo, updated vaccination card signed by a veterinarian, and training center CNPJ.
* All other animals must be approved by the host and pay a pet cleaning fee.
