Located in Perdido Key's Grand Caribbean East & West Resort, enjoy direct beach access from the complex and on-site amenities including pools, hot tubs, and shared grills with picnic areas. You'll also be within walking distance to great local dining options.

Perfect for families, the bright interior features renovations and fixtures designed for yout comfort. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the breezy private balcony or relax in the living room after the day's adventures while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen comes well-appointed for at-home meal planning, with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home comforts.

The main bedroom features a private entrance to the hall bathroom, and younger guests will enjoy in the built-in hall bunk beds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful property

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. Really we only had to bring food to cook. We love going to Johnson's Beach and this was a perfect location to the entrance of the park. It was very clean and well kept. You can tell this is a well kept and loved 2nd home where the owners are gracious enough to share a slice of paradise with others! We will stay here again if it is available for our next stay.

Great FL vacation spot

This was as advertised. A great little condo perfect for 2 to 3 adults or a small family. Loved the beach so close and the ability to shower or hose off after the beach. Hot tub, pool. Perfect. we will be back. And stay longer next time.

Its good for the price and simple checkout process. However, its a low budget residence. The walls had big black scuffmarks. The bedroom closets had carpenter tools, paint, etc in them whichbnade them unusuable for the customer.

Perfect location for wanting quick access to the beach on a budget

My sister and I took our kids for a quick beach trip after school. This was very affordable and worked out perfectly. This property is not technically beach front, there is a building in between you and the beach. However you can still see the ocean from the patio. On Google maps it looked like we would have to walk across the street to the beach but it’s actually just small parking lot and it a very short walk. I’ve actually walked further when I stayed at a beach front property. There is umbrella/chair rentals right when you get on the beach as well. It is also fairly close to everything you need, shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. In another review there was mention of the light in the bedroom being bright. It didn’t bother us. It’s pretty dim at night and wasn’t a huge deal. It definitely didn’t affect our sleeping. We received a check in text message instructions as soon as we got there asking to making sure the place was clean. It was. The bathroom and kitchen could definitely use a little updating but it was clean. The shower door is broken and it would look much better to just remove it and put up a shower curtain. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and paint is chipping. The Wi-Fi name and password never worked for us. we just used our hotspot instead. You will need to bring your own beach toys. It would be a nice touch if they included some beach toys inside the condo.

Nice location

We truly only stayed here for sleeping 2 nights. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen or eat any meals in the unit. For our stay, it was okay. The bedroom was extremely bright due to a light right outside the window. Luckily we were able to find a blanket to hang to block out the light. The bathroom sink faucet wasn’t secured so it freely moved. We needed to use the pull out couch for sleeping, but it was difficult to move the coffee table, since the glass wasn’t secured to the base. It wasn’t until we left to check out that we realized we couldn’t figure out how to lock up the unit. There was no instruction for how to lock the door from the outside. We tried typing the code provided and it would make noise like it was trying to lock, but it never locked.
