The condo was ground level and just outside the heated pool but the patio was not in a high traffic area which is what we wanted. Nice privacy but easy access to the pool right out the door. Very comfortable place to stay.

This is a very well equipped condo. Nicely decorated. The kitchen has every thing you need to do some cooking. Clean and comfortable. Located very close to all the pools.... great for the kiddos. However, if you have any mobility issues, (I do ) it is a bit of a walk to get to the beach.

We loved our stay here. Our room was a short walk to the second floor pool. The room was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Check out was a breeze. We had a great time!! The resort itself was a little confusing to figure out especially with the construction going on but once you learn the resort, it’s super easy!

Visited Waterscape for the first time with our young family. It is very much a family oriented property - the pool is filled with kids and the beach is a short easy walk from the property. The unit itself matches the description. Our kids loved the bunk beds as well as having a walk-out unit.

We love Waterscape and the this unit is a nice walk out unit. The custom built in bunk beds are awesome with the individual TVs. My kids loved the unit and our stay.

We liked all the pools and easy beach access. Didn’t like that hot tub was out of service. The mattress was uncomfortable didn’t sleep well. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable (even the bunks). Perfect for our family of 4. Ours boys loved all the pools especially the lazy river. They are already asking to go there again next year. Only improvements-ice maker in condo and showers/sinks drain slowly. I’d definitely rent again.

The unit was very nice and clean. The things we did not like was you could not get a chair for the pool due to guests saving them from open to close. Many times part of the pool was closed which was a terrible due to the double red flags on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in B224! Even though there is no beach view from the room, it was a convenient spot for our pool loving little ones! Walking out the door to the splash pad was worth it! The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we need. Tufan was an excellent communicator and made sure we were well prepared for our trip. Hoping to book again next year!

Our third time at Waterscape, first time in this condo. It is exactly like the pictures and more. We loved it. Already considering booking again for the Spring Break. Large Bunk bed TV’s were kids favorite. Everything seemed brand new and updated. 5 stars and beyond.

Perfect rental for our family of four. The kids loved having their own tvs in the bunks! So thankful for the provided beach chairs and umbrellas. They really came in handy and we enjoyed not having to pack our own! This unit walks out to the second story pool and kiddie play area. The lazy river, beach walk-in pool and beach are just a short walk down one level. It was a little confusing on finding the elevator/finding our way out of the parking garage when we first arrived, but not too bad. Overall a great experience!

The place was perfect for my wife and I plus our 2 kids. Having the patio open up to the grass area allowed our son with autism to get out of the condo for a while and stretch his legs. It was an easy walk to the upper level pools. Also I was surprised how good the sound levels were. Even with all the kids outside I never heard much of anything from outside of the condo.
