“Room was very clean. We showed up while they were gone to lunch. It was a Sunday,Not sure if they would have someone there during the week.To my surprise the small refrigerator had a good freezer.i had freezer packs for the items we were taking to meet family. The room had a microwave. Space could be bigger, but great for the price!”

“We had a great stay until someone used the ice machine at 7am. It was directly outside of our bedroom window and they were literally emptying the ice machine. So very noisy. Other than that it was a beautiful property!!! Would stay in a different room definitely!”

“The overall experience was friendly and relaxing. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool was lovely and always tranquil. The umbrellas and chairs and wagons for the beach were easy to access and always available. The only issue seemed to be that there was very, very little water pressure in our bathroom and kitchen sinks, and the hot water took a good 10 minutes to heat up. The air conditioner in our bedroom made a very loud rattling noise, which was sometimes frustrating in……

“The room has a musty smell and the bathroom vent is not working. It's a common vent to the building. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion when we arrived but there front desk has a price list for the little bottles. Nice view and peaceful location. ”

“Can’t beat St.Pete… best beach ever year after year. Beach house cozy… no wild craziness… free beach chairs and umbrellas… FABIAN… is incredible…. Beach cabana simple menus burgers and sandwiches… bar solid drinks … rooms awesome sunset views … resort is right on beach direct access to the gulf … 200 yards and your in the gulf…. Rooms are excellent and service is solid. This is our go to place year after year. ”
