“The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. However it is due for an update. It has that old motel odour caused by old carpeting or old furniture or an old air conditioner or smokers in years gone by or by all of these things.”

There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests. We complained and were moved to another room, but received a queen bed instead of the king we booked. The second room still smelled of cigarettes, and……
