「We were very impressed with the reception staff; their manners, dress code and professionalism was outstanding. The building hallways, elevators and other common areas were sparkling clean. The unit we stayed in was very functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the prompt response from the unit administrator.」

「I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all...
