"The staffing service were absolutely amazing. Our hotel room was clean and the view was unforgettable. We had turn down service and cleaning services every day. The concierge goes out of their way to make anything you want possible. I would definitely stay here again I recommend this property to anyone who would like to unwind in a retreat/resort fashion. Bonus points for the amazing pool and spa area that they have."

"The suite was beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the big jet bathtub. The suite has an amazing view of the city. This was the best place we stayed at in our trip to Perú. The staff was very efficient, friendly and accommodating specially Victor Moreno that helped us so much with information, directions and transportation. The hotel staff goes beyond their duty to make your stay in the hotel and Cusco the best experience ever. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully served."
