“Internet does not exist anywhere other than the lobby, although staff continues to say "keep trying". Miserable room design, and terrible bathroom fixtures. But the worst is the loud thumping of music from nearby bars. Ask for extra pillows to put over your head.”

“The room was very clean, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially Berna and Rosy. They were wonderful, Berna even went out of his way to get us a fresh coconut. We were treated like family and I want to make sure they get recognized. This is coming from a person that really doesn't like writing reviews. They really deserve recognition and praise! ”
