Nos sentimos cómodos durante toda la estancia, recibimos una excelente atención y todo funcionó de manera sencilla y agradable. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Ciudad de Guatemala, especialmente si se busca comodidad, buen servicio y una experiencia tranquila. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y definitivamente es un hotel que volveríamos a considerar en una próxima visita a Guatemala."

"The property is spacious and well maintained. The view of the Volcano de Agua is a plus. Staff was very helpful. More attention to some details could make the difference for some travelers but overall, good for the price. They recently upgraded the lobby’s furniture; colorful and lovely. I wish they could offer night entertainment other than karaoke, maybe invite marimba groups, dancers, authentic arts and crafts nights, etc."
